Shipping Policy

Smart Electrical Queensland utilise in-house delivery trucks for Smart Electrical Queensland Customers in the Brisbane and Gold Coast region.

Smart Electrical currently use Allied Express and DHL for customers we cannot service outside of South East Queensland.

Customers are more than welcome to organise their own freight. Shipping details and freight company labels is the responsibility of the client to supply to our sales team.

Smart Electrical Outlet offer Express post, the client can chose to uplift the freight to express if required at their cost.

Smart Electrical Outlet will supply tracking information where applicable, tracking details are assigned to your sale and can be tracked online.

Smart Electrical Outlet aims to process all orders the same Business day of purchase, cut off time for next day dispatch is 3pm if stock and delivery day is avaliable.

Where public holidays fall within, the parcel/delivery will be organised next business day.

For larger items which are in stock, we will call you to organise to see when you are avaliable to be home for the appliance delivery.

We make sure all our items are carefully wrapped and protected for a safe delivery.

Please Note:

Factory Second items are cosmetically imperfect in nature, hence heavily discounted prices throughout our range. Although cosmetially imperfect, mechanically is all tested before selling to our customers to ensure all items are working mechanically.

If you would like to view the product before purchase, we highly recommend shopping in-store. If you decide to purchase on-line, we will pick the best item (cosmetically) for the customer. Customer can inquire about a photo of the fridge they are assigned to prior delivery and can reject/cancel the order or choose another model if desired.

Once delivery accepted, we generally do not refund the amount unless there is a major fault with the appliance. Unfortunately, customer change of mind is not subject to a refund or an exchange.
