Shipping Policy
Smart Electrical Queensland utilise in-house delivery trucks for Smart Electrical Queensland Customers in the South East Queensland Area from Brisbane, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast areas. Smart Electrical utilize Allied Express for customers we cannot service outside of South East Queensland. The fee is calculated when address is provided.
Customers are more than welcome to organise their own freight if the price is cheaper than our quote online. Shipping details and freight company labels is the responsibility of the client to supply to our sales team.
We make sure all our items are carefully wrapped and protected for a safe delivery if the product is not in its original packaging.
A rough schedule for deliveries:Â
South BNE, Brown Plains Area (Including Beaudesert & Jimboomba area): Monday, Wednesday and Fridays
West BNE, Mt Ommaney Area (Including Ipswich & Springfield Area): Monday, Wednesday and Fridays
Gold Coast Area: Monday and Fridays
Central BNE area: Monday to Fridays.
East BNE, Redlands Area (Near Capalaba Store): Tuesday and Thursdays
North BNE, Strathpine Area (Inclusive up to Caboolture): Tuesday and Thursdays.
Sunshine Coast Deliveries: Scheduled every 2 weeks, either Tuesday or Wednesday deliveries.
Please Note: If your delivery is organised for a specific date, please do NOT call the stores for an ETA. Our sales people will not be able to help you. Driver will call 30 minutes before arrival and you’ll be given a window for delivery.
