Australia Post, Couriers Please and Fastway. Clients are more than welcome to organise their own freight. Shipping details and freight company labels is the responsibility of the client to supply.

Smart Electrical Outlet offer Express post, the client can chose to uplift the freight to express if required at their cost

Smart Electrical Outlet will supply tracking information where applicable, tracking details are assigned to your sale and can be tracked online.

Smart Electrical Outlet aims to process all orders the same Business day of purchase, cut off time for same day dispatch is 3pm. Where public holidays fall within, the parcel will be dispatched next business day.
